Take care of your back. Once you get a proper backache, it's almost impossible to get back to normal.
Your satisfaction blog was left incomplete due to backache or is it intentional?;-)

Yeah, dad was saying the same - and he was pretty smug about it too ... he has been warning me since my childhood about my bad posture !

It has nothing to do with the visible events which succeeded it :-) I was just rambling !
