Finally ... I shake my laziness !
We started work on submitting this last december ... but thanks to my laziness in documenting things, it dragged on for ages ! (I have not apologized enough to Rahul :-( ).
But finally, a few weeks back, everything was done ... and we sent it across to Peter Saint Andre to be considered as proposals for submission as xep's. Now we wait for the council to decide on them ...
